Subsidies for PVC Joinery – Save with Government Support

As part of the energy efficiency program implemented by the Ministry of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Serbia, citizens are offered financial support to replace outdated joinery with more energy-efficient solutions, such as PVC joinery with thermal insulation properties.

What does the subsidy cover?

Subsidies cover up to 50% of the costs for:

Replacing old joinery with PVC and/or aluminum joinery
Installation of triple-glazed windows
Installation of shutters and insect screens
Thermal insulation of walls, floors, and ceilings
Replacement of facades and heating systems (optional)

Who is eligible for the subsidy?

Eligible applicants include owners or co-owners of residential properties, such as:

Houses and apartments
Properties with legal documentation
Individuals residing at the property address

Required documentation:

When applying for the public call, the following must be submitted:

Completed application form (available on your municipality’s website)
Copy of ID card (or scanned eID)
Proof of property ownership (extract from the cadastre or contract)
Consent from other co-owners (if applicable)
Estimate from a licensed company authorized to perform the work
Electricity bill (as proof of consumption)
Other documents as required by the local government
